Round Plastisol (eye dropper) Small Parts Machine

This is a custom built machine do dip small plastisol parts. Machine is a circular wheel type with racks on spokes and dip tanks on the perimeter. Machine has been used to produce a clear vinyl eye dropper dispenser for an OEM customer who still wishes to purchase parts annually. It can also be converted to any pin type part or many other plastisol parts with minimal work.

Machine is composed of the following stations:

Preheat Stations

Plastisol dip station

Gelling and Fusing stations

Cooling sations

Automatic stripping station

Prelube station

Machine heat is supplied by Propane gas

Machine actions controlled by a small PLC

All machine movements powered by common hydraulic unit
