This machine was the first automaic dipping conveyor built in the US in the late 40's. Since then it has been moved to its present location and gone through many rebuilds. Over the years it has produced many different products, most recently, artic winter windshield wiper boot and specialty large toy balloons.
Machine is a batch rack dip indexing machine and consists of:
a spray form wash station
Coagulant tank (400 gal, heated)
Latex dip station with hydraulic elevator type ram lift (maximum dip length 22")
Bead rolling station (when set up for balloons)
Spray leach area of multiple stations
Polymer or powder dip station
Two section drying oven
Also available is a gas fired high temperature oven for post curing off line
