We have two machines in Shijiazhuang, China that were built in 2013 and used for 4 months. These machines are built to use preprinted paper on 80 kg rolls with 230,000 pkgs/roll. Package size off the end of the machine is 125mm x 115mm. A second fold during final packaging produces a 65mm x 115mm compact wallet for kit insertion.
Machine ran up to 45 pkg/minute on PVC gloves with 5 operators. On latex gloves, will run 60 pkg/minute due to easier handling. The speed is operator capability limited based on cuffing logistics.
Chain and sprocket design of all actions provide an easy to maintain machine without computer servo controls to fail.
Machines are fully VAT and import duty paid so can be sold anywhere in China with no additional taxes.
We are offering these machines for 120,000 RMB each. We will provide technician for setup and training in your plant for up to two weeks included. Additional time would be charged at 2500 RMB/week plus expenses
