Medcalf Nye cold seal pouch machines use a special fully latex coated backing paper that adheres to the latex coated seal pattern on the top sheet effecting a comlete seal of the pouch with just pressure and no heat. By controlling the pressure you conrol how easily the pouch peels open. Once opened, the pouch seals will not reseal as the adhered latex bond of the seal is entirely removed from the top sheet upon opening. This assure that a package cannot be opened, tampered with and then resealed.

As the coatings of the papers might contain natural rubber latex, non latex products should take extra precaution to be sure the latex adhesives do not ocntain ntural rubber latex.
Machine speeds up to 110 packages per minute with two operators. Package lengths and widths can be adjsuted by gear changes.
